At House of Snacks, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and reliable service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to product damage, defect, or error on our part, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your package. We require photographic evidence of the issue to process your claim.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product or quantity, contact us within 7 calendar days to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Opened or Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or consumed cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Perishable Items: Due to their nature, perishable or consumable snacks cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  2. Provide Evidence: Submit clear photos showing the product and packaging damage, defect, or error.

  3. Return Authorization: Upon review, we will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if a return is approved.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective, or damaged). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to confirm the issue.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please indicate this when contacting us. We will ship the replacement product promptly upon receiving the return or, in some cases, without requiring a return if approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or consumed products without defects.

  • Perishable goods not damaged during shipping.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated).

Damaged Shipments

If you notice damage to your shipment upon delivery, please refuse the package and notify us immediately. This helps us initiate a claim with the carrier and ensure you receive a replacement.
